Charges: Conspiracy to Deprive Rights Under Color of Law (two counts); Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law (two counts); False Statement to a Federal Agency (two counts). Following two weeks of trial, the Court declared a mistrial after the jury was unable to reach a unanimous decision after 2.5 days of deliberations. Our client was, and remained out of custody.
